Biography

Agnese Osemwegie is a strategic leader and institution builder whose career spans two decades across international business, investor relations, education, public-sector transformation, governance, business development and organisational execution. She is recognised for rigorous analysis, exceptional attention to detail and an ability to identify legal, commercial, operational and reputational risks that may otherwise be overlooked. [[PARAGRAPH]] As Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Evago Global Capital, Foderus Group Holdings, Family Wealth Legacies, Academies Incubator and related enterprises, Agnese has played a formative role in creating and developing businesses across financial services, investment, family wealth, education and international commerce. Her contribution extends from initial concept and institutional positioning through to operating structures, contract review, strategic partnerships, implementation and continued development. [[PARAGRAPH]] Since 2009, she has helped lead investor and external relations, international business development and strategic partnerships across the Evago platform. She contributes actively to commercial negotiations and deal development, bringing clarity to complex discussions, challenging weak assumptions and helping convert opportunities into structured and executable outcomes. Her approach combines ambition with disciplined scrutiny and a strong insistence on accountability. [[PARAGRAPH]] Agnese is also an experienced education entrepreneur. Over more than a decade, she built My3Keys as an online education institution from the ground up and has managed a network of more than 200 teachers and over 2500 students. Her work has included programme creation, digital delivery, recruitment, operational systems, communications, quality control and the development of learning environments capable of supporting students across the globe. [[PARAGRAPH]] Her wider education work includes the development of Academies Incubator and the Africa Investment Academy, through which investors have been trained to understand and evaluate opportunities across African markets. She has been developing these education capabilities as part of ATIB’s wider strategy to strengthen investor knowledge, informed financial decision-making and practical institutional capability. [[PARAGRAPH]] Her earlier professional experience was developed within the United Kingdom’s public sector. At the Security Industry Authority, the national regulator for the private-security industry, she worked in decision support within an environment requiring structured analysis, regulatory discipline and institutional accountability. [[PARAGRAPH]] During the global financial crisis, Agnese worked as a Business Financing Consultant within the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Her work involved advising business owners, Members of Parliament and policymakers on business and finance matters during a period of exceptional economic pressure. [[PARAGRAPH]] She subsequently worked with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as part of the team that established the Marine Management Organisation. Over an intensive implementation period, the team brought together responsibilities previously spread across several public bodies to create a new national institution responsible for England’s marine environment, territorial waters, fisheries and coastal interests. This experience strengthened her capabilities in transformation, institution building, implementation and organisational change. [[PARAGRAPH]] Across her commercial and institutional work, Agnese is known for examining contracts, proposals, governance documents and operating plans closely. She challenges incomplete work, identifies inconsistencies and ensures that decisions are supported by appropriate systems, controls and implementation. She studied Information Systems and Business Management at Birkbeck, University of London.
